I recently had the opportunity to attend a yoga and mindfulness class guided by Neha. Though I have attended several yoga sessions during my decades of practice, Neha's session felt really special!
She is an amazing yoga instructor with a personalized approach. The way she was teaching and correcting showcased her deep expertise in understanding the unique requirements of each practitioner. And not to miss her calm, soothing voice - she totally put me at ease and I came out of her class completely rejuvenated, centered, and free from stress.

Yoga is a practice of asana, steady pose, and flow. It is a practice that syncs the heart beats with the rhythm of breath. It is easier stated in theory than achieved in reality. This is where the bridge, the guru, becomes a crucial link. The process of teaching Yoga involves introduction, demonstration, explanation of steps and posture, and aiding cues as we practice each asana.
In Neha’s class all of these were perfectly executed. Her introduction of asanas along with their benefits were brief and clear, demonstration of the asanas done with the right pace to pick out each step clearly, explanation of how to go into, hold and transition into the next pose were clearly communicated, and the cues to perform flowing asanas such as the practice of surya namaskar (sun salutations) were well paced.
It is essential to mind the tone and pace of communication during a session as the process of teaching itself is a transference of energy from the guru to the student. Neha’s tone and pace of communication gave me a sense of calm and ease as I practiced the asanas.
No matter what my mindset may have been before her session of yoga, I always left more calm, relaxed and joyful.

My experience of tapping with Neha using Tapping / Clinical EFT was exceptional.
